 Usually our eyes dart right to their mid-section to check out the rippling abs.
 I'd like to share with you a few steps to get your own 6-pack.
Step #1- The first step is to decide what you want and how you're going to get it.
 In your case you want a nice body or a six pack.
 Without any direction, it will be difficult to accomplish your dream.
 This is why it's important for you to write down any goals that will help you get close to accomplishing your dream.
Step #2- The next step is to ask yourself a very simple yet scary question.
 The question you have to ask yourself is if you're willing to pay the price.
 Are you willing to if necessary wake up at 6:00 a.
m.
so you can workout? Are you willing to get rid of some of your favorite un-healthy foods and replace them without healthier alternatives? Step #3- The last step is to grab a little notebook and create a diet & exercise journal.
 In this journal it's important that you write down every step you're taking to improve your life.
 This means that you write down any exercise you did and for how long.
 Then you write down the foods you eat throughout the day.
 I promise that if you follow these steps to get on track you'll accomplish your dreams in any aspect of life.
