- 1). Open your Web browser and navigate to the WalMart website.
- 2). Click the "Choose My Store" link at the top-right of the page, enter either a zip code or a city and state for the store you want to check and click the "Find a Store" button. A pop-up window will appear that allows you to refine your search based on the stores within the area you searched for. When you identify your preferred store, click the "Make This My Store" button to set it as the default.
- 3). Search the website for the Sony television you want to purchase. You can search using the departments list on the left side of the page and browse for the television, or you can enter a specific model into the search bar at the top of the page. Depending on how specific your search was, the page will display one or more results.
- 4). Click the "In My Store" tab at the top of the search results.
- 5). Find the specific model you are interested in and look at the column to the left of the product description. If the television is available and in stock in your chosen store, you will see "In Stock In Your Store." If your store carries the item but it's currently out of stock, you will see "Out of Stock In Your Store."
