- 1). Using your Internet Explorer browsing application, log onto the Microsoft Fix it Solution Center website (see Resources).
- 2). Click the "Internet Explorer" link, which is located under the "About Fix It" category.
- 3). Locate the option link that matches your Internet Explorer 7 issue.
- 4). Click the green "Run Now" button located on the right side of the screen. Read the Microsoft agreement clause and click the "I Accept" option.
- 5). Click "Detect" to initiate the error scan. Internet Explorer 7 errors are fixed and repaired automatically by the tool.
