- 1). Click "Start."
- 2). Click "All Programs."
- 3). Click "Startup."
- 4). Right click the icon for your PTA file.
- 5). Click "Delete." This will remove the shortcut icon from the "Startup" folder, which will stop the PTA file from automatically playing when your computer starts. This will only delete the shortcut icon from this folder and not the actual file from your computer.
