- 1). Go to the View menu and select Slide or Normal.
- 2). Go to the Drawing toolbar and select AutoShapes.
- 3). Select Action Buttons in the AutoShapes drop-down menu.
- 4). Select the Return button (Windows) or Last Slide Viewed button (Mac OS).
- 5). Drag to create a small rectangle on the slide where you want to place the Return button.
- 6). Click OK, then resize the button by dragging its handles, if needed. Double-click the button or right-click it and click Format AutoShapes to choose colors and other button options.
