Crunches.
Have you ever heard about them? It is the easiest exercise however all fitness trainers agree that it is very effective exercise.
There are many different variations but in this article I will focus on the basic one.
It is called forward and side crunches.
So how it is done? Bend you knees at a 45 degree angle, plane your feet on the floor.
Push your belly button down toward your spine to get your back flat to the floor and then crunch up.
Don't forget to exhale on every exhersion of the move and inhale on the way back to the floor.
Side crunch is a basic crunch with additional move.
Twist your left shoulder to the right knee while crunching.
That's it.
Easy isn't it? Do it every second day and one morning, you will look in the mirror and notice 6 nice squares on your stomach.
