Many people say many different things but when it comes to foods to lose weight there are sound statements about what you should eat and what you shouldn't.
Don't be fooled by those who call themselves experts and read on.
I'm going to let you know some of the secrets that I teach my clients and that have delievered great results.
First and foremost, you must understand that trans fats and saturated fats not only are going to make you gain weight but also cause you illnesses and eventually cause your death.
These trans and saturated fats are found largely in things like chicken skin and fast foods.
They are also found in red meat.
For example, cheese burgers are foods that you should avoid at all times.
Other things that you should avoid at all cost are sodas.
Most of them contain a larger than needed amount of sugar to provide flavor.
Now, you should drink plenty of water.
Water is something that you should drink as much as possible.
The more water you drink the more you are allowing your body to be cleansed.
Water helps your system get rid of toxins and parasites that your body has.
Also try to avoid cold drinks with meals as they will make all the grease from the foods to get hard and stick to your internal organs.
Best drink? room-temperature water.
Eat lots of fruits.
They contain huge amounts of vitamins and minerals that our bodies need and do not have fats.
Neither trans nor saturated fats.
Fruits also help your body to digest foods very quickly.
Also eat veggies.
The also provide your body with vitamins.
Many vegetables have the ability to clean your blood and improve the blood circulation and the good functioning of your organs.
Carrots, for instance, help your sight.
Fruits like pomegranate provide your body with antioxidants and helps your heart to function better.
Another food that should eat is salmon.
This kind of fish not only give strength to your heart but it also provides you with proteins and vitamins that make your inmune system stronger.
A great addition to your diet is skinless chicken breast.
They also contain high amounts of proteins good for your health.
