Wills - I found this campground on the KOA Web site, and I tent camped there in June 2004.
Campground Review
This campground id fairly easy to find, and it's fairly close to Dinosaur National Monument. It's located just outside of Vernal. The tent sites are rather casual. I was told to just plant my tent wherever over in the grassy area. I was able to find an area by a picnic table.
At KOA's sometimes you'll find handicapped accessible individual restrooms. Not here. I can't account for handicapped accessibility, but did note that there were no individual restrooms, which was tricky traveling with my young son just old enough to be a bit too big to be in the women's shower, but not quite old enough to be allowed to fend for himself in the men's shower room.
