    In addition, the herbal bath heals gout and rheumatism.
  3. Infuse 30 grams of herbs of valerian root with a liter of boiling water.
    Leave the tincture to brew for an hour and afterwards boil it for 20 minutes.
    Leave the decoction to brew for 5 minutes and decant it.
    Add the tincture to a 37 degrees Celsius bath water.
    Take the bath before going to bed for 12-14 days.
    The bath is a good remedy to deal with climax, neurosis, rheumatism and impotence, as well.
  4. Infuse 50-60 grams of herbs of great mullein root with a liter of cold water.
    Leave the tincture to brew for 3 hours and boil it for 20 minutes.
    Afterwards, decant the decoction and add to a 37 degrees Celsius bath water.
    You should take the bath on a daily basis for 12-14 days.
    In addition, the bath is going to help you with the treatment of rheumatism, gout and diabetes.
In order to facilitate weight loss, you should drink the following teas.
  1. Mix 60 grams of buckthorn bark, 20 grams of dandelion root, 20 grams of parsley fruit, 20 grams of fennel fruit and 20 grams of peppermint leaves.
    Infuse 2 tablespoons of the mix of herbs with half a liter of boiling water and leave the tincture to brew for 30 minutes.
    Drink the whole tea in the morning.
  2. Mix 60 grams of alder buckthorn bark, 20 grams of dandelion root, 20 grams of fennel fruit and 20 grams of peppermint leaves.
    Infuse 2 tablespoons of the mix of herbs with half a liter of boiling water and leave the tincture to brew for an hour.
    Drink a glass of the decoction twice a day - in the morning and in the evening.
  3. Mix 5 grams of common yarrow top, 5 grams of love parley root 5 grams of juniper-tree fruits and 15 grams of buckthorn bark.
    Infuse the mix of herbs with half a liter of boiling water and leave the tincture to brew for 30-40 minutes.
    Drink a glass of the decoction 3 or 4 times a day.
