How to Get a Six Pack Doing Squats

Everyone wants to know how to get a six pack.
It's really not that difficult when you are armed with the right information.
If I were to ask you what was one of the best exercises to burn body fat and bring out those elusive six pack abs, what would you say? Sit ups? Crunches? Leg Raises? That's 3 strikes right there.
While these exercises are certainly worthwhile and will do a good job of strengthening and toning your abdominal muscles, they really don't do a thing to burn all that belly fat.
If your body fat percentage is over 10%, no one is likely to see your six pack.
Your abs will still be hidden under the layers of fat.
The correct answer to the question is going to surprise you.
Squats! The squat is well known to be at the top of the list of overall exercises for stimulating muscle gain and FAT LOSS.
Because the squat works so many of your muscles at the same time, it stimulates the greatest metabolic and hormonal responses.
University research studies have proven time and time again that squats will not only increase lower body development, but upper body as well.
Whether your goal is weight loss, building muscle, getting a ripped six pack, or improving athletic performance, the squat (and its variations) is the answer to have a lean and powerful body.
Most people are surprised how well squats work your abs, once you learn the correct form.
WARNING: You MUST be careful though when doing squats.
Squats should be done with free weights, NOT a Smith machine.
Machines are actually inferior and even potentially DANGEROUS if not used correctly.
Since everyone's body is different, a machine is not right for everyone.
Also, squats that are done CORRECTLY will actually strengthen the knees.
Squats that are done INCORRECTLY can damage the knees.
