In this case the color that can help you lose weight are Red and Orange colors. just by looking at the color will be able to generate energy that can activate Autonomic nervous system that regulates the movement of bodies outside our conscious, if it happens then it will stimulate the heart beat faster, increase mental clarity and level of metabolism. To obtain these benefits place a red or orange flower vase on our dining table or a place that often we see daily.

But the most important thing is people must discipline doing their diet plan. No matter how good a diet plan is, if they don't have any discipline to do it then it would be worthless.
