Chest Exercises - Super Charging Your Pectorals

One peoples favorite muscles to train is the chest.
There are a number ways to workout the chest.
The best way of training the chest for maximally growth is to look at the anatomy of the chest.
There are two parts to the chest.
The upper pectorals and lower pectorals.
That means in order to develop a muscular chest you must hit both pecs effectively.
The list below contains exercises that workout all the parts of the chest.
Upper Pecs- Incline bench press and dumbbell incline bench press Lower Pecs- Decline bench press, dumbbell flies, flat bench press, dumbbell press and chest dips As you can see the number of exercises for the lower pecs is far greater then the amount for upper pecs.
So it is very easy for anyone to ignore their upper pectorals.
In the bodybuilding community many professional bodybuilders train their upper pectorals harder then their lower pectorals.
They do this because having huge upper pectorals is a rare sight and it sets them apart from the rest of their competition.
For an average person like you and I, it is crucial to train both parts of the chest equally and effectively.
I highly recommend that whenever your training your chest that you always incorporate at least one exercise that works the upper pectorals and one that works the lower pectorals.
If you want a big and muscular chest it is important that you workout every single part of it.
Training all the parts of the chest will produce an overall bigger looking chest.
