- 1). Stand or sit with your spine straight. Lean your head backwards without shifting your spine and look up towards the ceiling. Pucker up your lips in a kissing motion and hold the pose for 5 seconds. Repeat this exercise 10 times daily.
- 2). Rotate your head from shoulder to shoulder with slow and smooth movements. You can stand or sit for this exercise, but your spine must remain straight in either position. Do a full roll five to 10 times daily.
- 3). Press the corners or your mouth towards your teeth while you hold your lips together firmly. Use the muscles in your jaw to move the corners of your mouth outwards and downwards. Inhale at the same time as you feel the slight pressure in your neck and jawline. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Repeat this exercise 10 times per day.
