- 1). Dip the angled brush tip in prepared pigment or swipe across eyeshadow powder. Tap the edge of the brush on the side of the makeup pot to catch any excess.
- 2). Hold your eye closed with one finger and apply the color to the crease using the #263 brush with the other hand. Turn the brush so the angled side glides naturally over the crease. Do this for both eyes, reapplying powder to the brush as needed.
- 3). Rub more color on the angled tip of the brush. Line the eyes with the powdered tip starting from the inner eye sweeping outward to the end of the eyelid. You'll need to add powder to the brush for each eye.
- 4). Go back over the eye with the brush, smudging the line slightly with the tip to give eyes a smoky look.
