- 1). Rinse the Moonsnail in cold water.
- 2). Place the snails into a pot of water.
- 3). Boil the Moonsnail for 40 minutes.
- 4). Fork to remove the snail from the shell with a small spoon.
- 5). Cut the Moonsnail into thin slices.
- 6). Prepare a vinaigrette or other sauce to place the snail in. The Moonsnail can be dipped into the sauce or the sauce can be added to the shell with the snail.
