How to Build Your Arm Muscles

If you are desiring to build your arm muscles up, you should consider the exercises that are best for that purpose.
Normally people take interest in having big arm muscles for looks more than usefulness.
It is truer than true that many folks see big arms as being more attractive than the little or flabby arms.
There are certain kinds of exercise that you can do to enlarge your arms.
For biceps, the exercise to develop these muscles is with the common dumbbell curls.
If you are looking to grow your arms, you should use more weight and do low reps.
All this means is that what you will be doing is lifting the most weight that you can handle for the most times you can handle.
For most people, this will be around three to five times.
If you are doing ten or more at a time, then the weight is too light, and you won't build bulky muscles.
For working on the triceps, you can do a couple other things.
Using the same dumbbell that you were for the biceps, grab it and hold it vertically between your hands.
The next thing to do is hold the dumbbell over your head and bring it down slowly along the back of your head and then move it up again.
This is one rep, and you will benefit from using a heavier weight so you are only able to do this a few times.
This will help to build up your tricep muscles.
After this, it is time to start looking at the shoulders and forearms.
Looking at the shoulders, the exercise to do is butterfly lifts.
This means holding the weights down by your sides.
Then lift them up and outward while keeping your arms straight at the same time.
As far as forearms go, the thing to do is a reverse curl.
What this entails is instead of holding your arms like you would for a normal curl, you want to keep your hands pointed down as you hold your weight.
Then do the lifting with your forearm and that's a reverse curl.
Follow these simple suggestions and they will help you to build muscle in your arms fast.
