Some religions seem to spend more time praying than study and I don't know if this could actually be creating a bigger problem within your religious beliefs.
I personally believe that you would be better off studying and learning about your religion, and then praying.
Here's an example of what I'm talking about, most people pray, before they go to bed and some times during the day.
But the most common time for prayer, is right before someone goes to bed.
The prayer might last less than a minute and often makes most people good about their religious beliefs.
It makes them feel like they're doing something in a positive way, to help themselves and others.
I don't really know, what the effects are of praying for less than the few minutes a day, but I do know the effects of studying, for at least two minutes each day.
Even if you only have a few minutes to study, you can probably wrap your mind around a thought and thoughts are what get us to start thinking.
You can pray all you want, but you really need to start studying your religious beliefs.
Even if you only have five minutes each day, try to make it a habit.
It's a well-known belief, that if you can do a certain task, for at least 30 days, it will become a habit and you won't even need to think about it, never again.
Make it a habit, and soon you will start to see a tremendous change in your religious views.
I'm not telling you to stop praying, I'm telling you to start studying.
For those of you who study your religion, at least 30 minutes each week, I salute you.
Keep up the good work, for those of you who don't, try to set a little bit of time, each week, and within a short period of time, you will probably see a big change.
