Bodybuilding - 10 Rules

Bodybuilding requires rules to follow to have a proper way in building your muscles.
It has to be on a proper way because you don't want to fail or want to avoid any circumstances that is unwanted.
You must have discipline, dedication and determination to follow these rules.
These rules are easy to follow.
And many bodybuilder have been following it.
so if you are a newbie in bodybuilding here are the 10 rules to follow:
  1. Lift big to make your muscles grow.
    Don't leave your muscles unattended.
    Lift at least an hour or 3 to 4 days a week.
  2. Eat plenty to grow.
    Foods that have plenty or protein are good for the muscle grow.
    Don't be afraid of fats.
    Eat 6 meals a day.
  3. Have enough sleep a day.
    Rest or sleep 8 to 9 hours a day to regain your strength after each training.
  4. Drink plenty of water.
    Don't let yourself dehydrate.
    Your body needs water while you are training.
    Drink 8 liters a day.
  5. Commit yourself fully to the training.
    If you are really into bodybuilding, be serious of the training and take care of your health.
  6. Squatting is the kin of exercise in bodybuilding.
    So squat is a must to develop your legs and other parts of the body.
  7. Do different routines.
    Change you routines 3 to 6 weeks.
  8. Don't train too much.
    Like what the number 1 rule says just train at least 1 hour a day.
    Too much is not good to your health.
  9. Heal if you are injured.
    If you got an injury while training you must take your time healing as soon as your muscles are already ok.
  10. Do a good form.
    Be among the few who train properly ad follow each rules strictly.
