Fat Loss 4 Idiots Product Review

When I first read the name, 'Fat Loss For Idiots', I thought that it was a mock at all those people who thought losing weight was difficult.
I mean if one just takes care of his diet, lowers the fat and carb content in his food and does a little exercise, one can definitely keep a check on his weight.
But it was very soon that I realized I also fell in the same category as per my definition.
I learnt that losing weight was not as easy as one thought it to be.
The reason being that everyone is different; certain techniques may prove helpful for some while may not work as effectively for the others.
The thought of being considered an Idiot did not really appeal me.
To tell you the truth, I did try some of the weight reducing ways.
I went for low fat diets without any results; I even tried the Atkins but could not devote all the time that it required and finally I even tried the weight loss pills but again I was only disappointed with the results.
So, I guess I was one, after all! The program 'Fat Loss For Idiots' did teach me a lot of facts about losing fat.
I came to know that a reduction in calorie content was only effective for a very short duration.
Once the body gets used to low calorie diet, it adjusts its metabolism in a way to adapt to the change and the diet fails to work.
This is the case with any change in the diet which means one needs much more than just working on his eating habits.
This program did not require me to experiment with various diets.
On the other hand, it suggested having small and correct meals during the entire day in a specific cycle.
Eating only one type of food at a time increased the chances of the calories being used up as compared to getting stored.
That is what I really needed; to use up my calories.
I needed to have more Fat Burning Hormones compared to the Fat Storing Hormones.
I was easily able to work on it through Calorie Shifting, a different approach to keep your metabolism on the move and not let it get used to a specific diet plan.
Research has shown that it takes approximately 3 days for the body to get used to the diet change.
