- 1). Connect your iPhone to the FiOS wireless router. Tap the "Settings" icon on the home screen and tap "Wi-Fi." Tap the network you wish to join and enter the password if necessary.
- 2). Press the "Home" button at the bottom of the phone and tap the "App Store" icon on the home screen. Tap the "Search" button, then tap the text box and type "Verizon FiOS Mobile Remote" without the quotes into the search box. Tap the "Search" button at the bottom right of the screen.
- 3). Tap the "Verizon FiOS Mobile Remote" heading, then tap the "FREE" button. The button will change to a green "INSTALL" button. Tap the "INSTALL" button and enter your Apple ID password, then click "OK" to begin downloading the app and you will be taken back to the home screen.
- 4). Tap the app's icon on your home screen once it has begun downloading. Turn on your television and the FiOS TV box.
- 5). Tap the buttons on the screen to control the TV box. Swipe right and left to view other control options.
- 6). Tap the "My Favorites" button to manage your favorite channels. Once configured, you can switch to your favorite channels with a single tap.
