- 1). Sign up for a Google Checkout Account, if you do not already have one, using the "Google Checkout" page. This account enables you to complete the domain purchase transaction.
- 2). Click the "I want to buy a domain name" link on the "Welcome to Google Apps" page.
- 3). Enter the text for your desired domain in the text field and select a preferred extension, such as ".com" or ".net." Click the "Check availability" button when finished.
- 4). Select another domain name and enter a new text entry, or highlight an alternate extension from the drop-down menu if your original choice is not available. Click the "Continue" button when done.
- 5). Review the terms of the available domain and, when finished, click the "Continue to registration" button at the bottom.
- 6). Type in the required registration information, such as name and address, and read the "eNom Universal Terms of Service" at the bottom. You may also opt not to have your registration information visible, as well as choose to automatically renew your account each year by checking the boxes next to each selection. When ready, click the "I accept. Proceed to Google Checkout" button at the bottom.
- 7). Enter you Google Checkout login information and then click the "Place your order now" button to complete the purchase of the domain.
