- 1). Open Address Book on your Apple computer and enter your contact information.
- 2). Create a Google or Yahoo account by visiting either website, if you do not already have one.
- 3). Open Address Book preferences. Select "Accounts" tab. Under "Account Information" check off the respective box to Synchronize with Yahoo or Google. Select the corresponding "Configure..." button and enter your account details. Allow the two services to sync, this will put your Address Book contacts in your Google or Yahoo account.
- 4). On your Palm, navigate to the Contacts application. Select "Contact" in the top left of the application screen. Select "Preferences and Accounts," scroll to the bottom and select "Add Account." Add your Google or Yahoo account information, set it as the default account and select "Sync Now." Your contacts will be pulled down from Google or Yahoo and added to your Palm device.
- 5). Connect your iPod Touch to your computer. Open iTunes and select the iPod Touch from the Devices list. Navigate to the "Info" tab and check off "Sync Address Book contacts." This will download the list of contacts from your Address Book to the Contacts application on your iPod.
- 6). Any contact added to your Address Book will continue to sync with your Google or Yahoo account and will subsequently sync with your devices.
