- 1). Open Internet Explorer.
- 2). Click "Tools."
- 3). Click "Delete Cookies" or "Delete Browsing History," if they are available. Otherwise, click "Internet Options" and select the General tab, and then click the "Delete Cookies" button.
- 4). Click "OK" to confirm that you wish to delete your cookies.

- 2). Click the "Tools" menu. This menu has an icon that looks like a wrench.

- 2). Click "Tools" and select "Clear Recent History." If you are using a version of Firefox prior to 3.5, then you will need to select "Tools," "Options" and "Privacy" instead.
- 3). Select the details checkbox and select the cookies checkbox. For the time range to clear, choose everything.
- 4). Click "Clear Now."
- 1). Go to the Edit menu under Mac OS X. Alternatively, if you are using Safari for Windows, go to the Safari menu.
- 2). Click "Preferences" and select "Security."
- 3). Click "Show Cookies."
- 4). Click "Remove All."
- 5). Click "Done."
