- 1). Lay out the wash cloth and then fold it three times, creating a long strip.
- 2). Roll it up and hold it in place with a safety pin.
- 3). Place double-sided tape on a tongue depressor. Press it against the back side of the washcloth.
- 4). Press the lollipop against the double-sided tape on the tongue depressor.
- 5). Cover the washcloth with a square of cellophane. Tie it up with a piece of ribbon.
- 6). Create more washcloth lollipops and then place them in a vase to complete your centerpiece. Consider tying them all together with a larger ribbon.
