- 1). Browse to your domain's Google Apps address, which is usually something like "google.com/a/yourdomain.com" – replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name, including the extension.
- 2). Click the "Dashboard" tab if the home page view does not load automatically.
- 3). Scroll down to the lower half of the page and click the "Add More Services" link next to the Service Settings heading.
- 4). Go to the "Google Services" section and click "Add It Now" for the Chat app. After a few moments, the app is installed on your Google Apps account. Users can now access the voice chat features via Google Talk or through the Gmail interface.
