- 1). Travel to Route 212, which is in the Southeast corner of Sinnoh.
- 2). Locate the mansion of Mr Backlot. Enter the mansion through the front door and explore to find the room Mr Backlot is studying in.
- 3). Read the book that you'll find on his desk. This book is about the rare Pokémon Manaphy. When you have finished reading the book, you'll get a notification that Manaphy was added to your Pokedex.
