- 1). Force DNS Manager to quit using "Task Manager." To do this, press "Ctrl," "Shift" and "Esc" simultaneously.
- 2). Click on "dnsmgr.exe" under the tab labeled "Processes." Select "End Task," and then click "Yes" to confirm that you want to end it.
- 3). Reload DNS Manager by clicking "Start" followed by "Programs," "Administrative Tools" and "DNS Manager."
