The Crown Prince of the second most populous country in the world has declared: "Poverty is a state of mind".
Who would have imagined that no poverty really existed? That it was all only in the minds of people? That no one is really poor in India? That all studies by all national and international bodies were just imaginary tales? That the indices to measure poverty were just mithya.
