- 3). Elaborate on the responsibilities of the committee. Provide measurable goals and accomplishments. For example, a development committee might present quarterly reports on fundraising or conduct yearly performance reviews of development staff.
- 4). Describe the meeting schedule for the committee. Detail what individuals or groups, if any, can request the committee to convene outside of regularly scheduled meetings. Provide guidelines for reporting the outcomes of meetings, such as publishing agendas or minutes for the Board of Directors.
- 5). Include the current list of committee members and staff. Provide the names and terms for each filled position.
