- 1). Open the trunk and move the trim away from the combination lamp that requires repair.
- 2). Disconnect the wiring harness connector.
- 3). Remove the 2 bolts that attach the combination lamp to the car, and remove the assembly.
- 4). Rotate the socket counterclockwise, until you can pull it from the combination lamp.
- 5). Pull the bulb straight out of the socket, and replace it with the new bulb.
- 6). Replace the combination lamp and insert the bolts. Tighten the bolts until they are snug, but do not over-tighten, which can crack the lamp. Reconnect the wiring connector, and replace the trim.
Repeat this procedure on the other combination lamp if necessary. - 1). Use a flat-blade screwdriver to release the two tabs that attach the assembly to the rear deck.
- 2). Pull the bulb holder out of the assembly. Remove any of the 5 bulbs that aren't working by pulling them straight out of the socket. Replace them with new bulbs. Return the bulb holder to the assembly.
- 3). Snap the assembly back into place on the rear deck.
