I found out about this campground from a co-worker, and I tent camped there in July 2009.
Describe your camping trip:
The campground was nice, wooded and large enough for three large tents. Very clean, bathrooms well maintained, huge pool with two water slides that the kids loved, and a place to order fast food that was great. The small store had just about all you needed.
Pros: The large pool with water slides and the fishing pound and fast food.
Cons: A little expensive. It seemed they nickle and dimed you for everything. The electrical outlet in my bath room did not work, so I had to walk to dry my hair at another bath room. You could smell the sewage from the bath rooms while taking a shower. The foreign exchange staff was not friendly, although I can't say that about the local staff, they were great.
Nearby attractions: Polar Caves, swimming holes, Clark's Bears and more.
Further comments: My kids loved it, and I hope to go back next year.
