- 1). Remove the old fence section. Loosen all of the screws and keep them. Dispose of the old fence according to your local zoning laws. These can be recycled.
- 2). Examine the holes that will hold the new fence section. Clean each hole---there will be four of them, two on each section---with the steel wool.
- 3). Place the fence in the post holes. Push one end in first and then place the other end in the other posts holes. Balance them out with an equal amount of fencing post rail held in each post.
- 4). Attach the brackets with the screwdriver. One end to the fence post and the other to the fencing.
