- 1). Take both cans of beans and drain liquid.
- 2). Mash the beans with a potato masher or save time by using a blender.
- 3). Add both cans of beans, the salsa, the vegetable broth, and the chili powder to a medium sized sauce pan.
- 4). Bring the mixture to a boil and it's ready to serve. As an option you can top with the shredded cheese, sour cream, onion and cilantro.
