- 1). Enter the Subway off of Main Street. Walk back to the last car of the Subway to find Speeding Spike.
- 2). Approach Speeding Spike slowly and be ready to dodge the bag of money he swings at you. Dodge and avoid Speeding Spike as he chases you car to car.
- 3). Jump over Speeding Spike until he starts wildly chasing you. Work your way to the front of the Subway until you come to the puddle. Distance yourself from him to come into contact with the puddle
- 4). Handcuff him when he slips on the puddle. Wait for him to be taken to the prison to put Speeding Spike to justice.
