- 1). Insert the key into the ignition and turn to the "On" position. The windows work when the car is in the on position. The windows will continue to work for 10 minutes after the car has been turned off or until a car door has been opened.
- 2). Located the window switch on the door frame of the window you wish to roll up.
- 3). Press the switch forward to raise the window.
- 4). Take your vehicle to an authorized Cadillac dealership or trained mechanic if the window refuses to roll up after pressing the window switch. You likely have a failing or broken window regulator or motor that needs to be replaced by a professional.
