- 2). Assemble the pump by attaching the blue end of the hose to the blue valve on the pump. Slide the white, narrow nozzle onto the opposite end on the hose. Press firmly together.
- 3). Insert the white nozzle end of the pump into the valve inlet located on the platform side of the BOSU. Begin pumping and continue until the ball side is firm and reaches 9 to 10 inches in height from the floor to the base of the platform.
- 4). Remove the hose from the BOSU and quickly insert the plug.
- 1). Remove the provided pump and white tip from its packaging. Attach the white tip to the pumping device by screwing clockwise.
- 2). Lay your BOSU flat on the floor. Insert the pumping device into the valve inlet, located on the top of the BOSU. Pump until the product reaches 8 inches in height.
- 3). Take the pump out of the BOSU and insert the plug firmly into the BOSU valve inlet.
- 1). Unwrap the pump and its parts from the packaging. Assemble the pump by attaching the tip end of the hose to the black nozzle on the pump.
- 2). Take the plug out of the ball. Ensure that none of the multi-dimensional load (MDL) material inside the ball spills out.
- 3). Insert the hose into the valve inlet and begin inflating. Pump the ball up to three quarters of its maximum height of 65 cm or 25 inches from the floor and plug it. Let the soft ball sit overnight or for several hours before finishing inflation; this enhances the burst resistance qualities of the ball, according to the Ballast Ball owner's manual.
- 4). Remove the plug and complete pumping the ball up to its maximum height of 65 cm. Re-plug the ball.
