However, there are times when we don't want to cry no more, times when we don't want to shed a tear.

You can play any sport you want.
Convert emotional and psychological stress to physical actions.
If you want, you can even get a more physical sport like martial arts and boxing.

Music.
Moods are among the best factors to improve people's moods.
You can find a good music genre that can ease your problems away.
If you are the calm type, you might want to listen something relaxing like jazz or other soft music.
If you want to let anger go, you should listen to something loud.
This will express your emotions and will make you feel better.
