- 1). Double-click on the µTorrent icon on your desktop or select it from the Windows Start Menu to open the program.
- 2). Right-click on the torrent you wish to stop seeding to open a contextual menu of operations you can perform on the torrent.
- 3). Mouse over “Bandwidth Allocation” in the contextual menu that opens when you right-click. A new menu will pop up.
- 4). Mouse over “Set Upload Limit” and select “0 KB/S.” This will allow you to download the file without uploading.
