- 1). Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with crushed ice.
- 2). Add the rum, port wine, egg and powdered sugar to the cocktail shaker.
- 3). Cover the cocktail shaker with the palm of your hand or the supplied top and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds.
- 4). Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a cocktail glass.
- 5). Garnish the drink with a twisted orange peel and serve immediately.
