A good source of protein "" scrambled eggs are easy to make and wouldn"t cost you that much. People of all ages love to have these scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, if you are watching your weight, you should always check for your scrambled egg calories as they tend to have much. On the lighter side, there are several ways in which you can make your scrambled eggs healthy.

The structure of protein inside the egg is almost perfect. This fact is from the Georgia Egg Commission. Not only are eggs good for us but they are low in price, easy to travel with, storable to almost anywhere since it is small, and are very common and easy to obtain. Another plus is that it can be prepared in a lot of ways wherein it will not be hard to limit the scrambled egg calories.

Scrambled egg calories are actually a need in our body. A scrambled egg also has 8 necessary amino acids that are needed in maintaining a good health. However, if you do not include the egg yolk in your scrambled egg, you can still obtain good proteins and have a cholesterol free scrambled egg.

Scrambled egg calories are actually associated with what option you use in cooking and preparing your eggs. If you cook the eggs, two eggs large in size for example, without any use of fat or oil then scrambled egg calories would mostly range from 150 to 160. However, we have been accustomed to using fat in eggs .Therefore, the scrambled egg calories depend on the quantity and quality of fat you use. Two large eggs plus butter would result in the scrambled egg calories ranging from 186 to 199. If you want to maintain healthy eating habits, what you can do is use olive oil or cooking spray so that scrambled egg calories and unwanted fats would lessen.
