you codify your content into a CURRICULUM you can offer your community, taking a small segment of your readership from passive to active, income generating assets.
(while of course, building REAL relationships, rapport and creating tremendous value for everybody) The good news is, you don't even really need to understand the above completely..

And think about what you truly want to sell, where you EXCEL, and what makes you come fully ALIVE.
