The international Prosecutor: Luis Moreno Ocampo, an Argentine Lawyer, who has been the Prosecutor of the ICC since June 16, 2003, was sent to look into the matter.
He said earlier: "I believe an investigation is warranted.
" Tens of thousands of Libyans are fleeing to Tunisia to get away from the violence.
The Tunisian government has in listed the help of England and France to help turn these unwanted refugees back into Libya.
The extent of the help thus far has been the use of several aircraft.
It is unclear how the planes will be used and if they in fact have arrived.
The fall of the Libyan government will facilitate the long standing desire of the United Nations to gain and maintain better control over the oil fields in the Brega region.
Some have claimed the uprising to be entirely media produced and engineered by the UN, The One World Government, and even Barack Obama, sitting President of the United States.
Proponents of the one world Government are called "progressives" in the United States and they include Secretary of State Hillary Clinton; Barack Obama, Sitting President of the United States; and Rahm Israel Emanuel, an American politician and the mayor-elect of Chicago and former Chief of Staff of the United States.
These have been calling for Qaddafi to step down.
One thing is certain, if Col.
Qaddafi does not step down there will be a lot of bloodshed in the days to come.
If the Colonel wanted to remain in power he should have set up a fully operating governmental system that was more congenial to the UN and the general population of Libya.
