Prepare the double boiler. Once water comes to a boil, add milk chocolate discs to the top part and melt, stirring occasionally. Once discs are fully melted, remove the double boiler from the heat. - 4

- 7). Dip the remainder of the strawberries up to the stem one at a time into the white chocolate. Place on the cookie sheet about an inch apart. Allow chocolate to harden.
- 8). Dip the edge of a pastry brush into the white chocolate and create a small stripe down the front of each milk chocolate covered strawberry. Allow to harden.
