Transfer to iPhone

• 1). Connect your iPhone to your computer with its USB cable and open iTunes.
  
  
• 2). Click your iPhone's icon in the left panel and click the "Apps" tab at the top of the window.
  
  
• 3). Check "Sync Apps." Check each of the apps you want to transfer to your iPhone. Drag the application icons in the panel on the right side of the screen to reposition them or move them to a different home screen.
  
  
• 4). Click "Sync" to synchronize your iPhone with the apps you selected. After your iPhone has finished synchronizing, return to the "Apps" tab and uncheck "Sync Apps" to prevent iTunes from automatically synchronizing apps in the future.
  
  

Transfer to Computer

• 1). Click "Authorize Computer" in the "Store" menu at the top of your iTunes window.
  
  
• 2). Type your AppleID and password into the appropriate field and click "Authorize." Repeat this step for each account you have used to purchase apps on your iPhone.
  
  
• 3). Plug your iPhone into your computer using its USB cable.
  
  
• 4). Select "Transfer Purchases" in the "File" menu at the top of the window. Your computer will transfer your apps from your iPhone to your computer.
