So many of you think the way out of your speeding ticket is to take traffic school. It's not. Here's WHY:
1 - When you agree to take traffic school, you are agreeing with the court that you're guilty of the speeding infraction.
2 - You then pay your speeding ticket fine (this can be hundreds of dollars), and a traffic school enrollment fee (usually around $50). You then take the traffic school course online or in a classroom.
3 - After taking traffic school you're considered to be on probation for as much as three years in some states (18 months is usually the minimum).
4- Probation means if you get another speeding ticket in the probationary time frame, you cannot do traffic school, and get a DOUBLE insurance increase for having the second speeding violation.
5 - It is in the auto insurance companies (and the states) interest to make sure, you get that second ticket, because they make money out of it. So when a cop looks you up in his dashboard computer, and sees traffic school in your record, the cop is going to make sure to give you the ticket NOT a warning!
6 - If you had just gone in an fought your speeding ticket (with a great defense, like the ones we provide people everyday), you would have had an excellent chance of winning and facing no ramifications from the ticket infraction.
7 - If you lose at trial, in spite of the stuff the judges and bailiffs will tell you (in an attempt to scare you into paying them off), most courts are virtually required to allow traffic school, even after you fought them at trial.
WHY? Because to not do so, would discourage you from utilizing what is YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to make them prove you guilty at trial. This is not Iran! You're not just automatically guilty because the court said so!
So, in summary, if you like paying into a racketeering operation, and losing on your speeding tickets, then traffic school is probably a great fit for a victim like you.
But if you're a winner… You'll contact us for a free consultation and beat your speeding ticket!
