The Secret Cardio Alternative - What is it and How to Do It

Some people think running or jogging 5 miles a day is the only to do cardio.
No wonder people are bored of their regular cardio workout.
I bet you 100 bucks if people knew the secret cardio alternative they wouldn't hesitate to switch over.
Most people don't know this but anything that gets your heart pumping is cardio.
People think that going to the gym and running on the treadmill is the only way to get a cardio workout.
Who wants to run in place for two whole hours? Anyone? That's what I thought.
The only reason people think this is because a fitness trainer tells them this is what a cardio workout is.
Many people wake up at 6 am to run around the neighborhood to get a cardio workout.
All they have to really do is a little weight training before their workout to get a cardio workout.
No one ever tells you this though.
That's why its a secret.
Pick up a barbell or dumbbell and just do clean and press which consist of lifting a barbell from the floor up to shoulders, then push pressing overhead.
This isn't just for men ladies, because even though this is usually seen as a manly exercise, it doesn't matter if you're not picking up on 250 lbs; if 45 lbs is challenging to you, then you will still benefit just as much.
Everybody looks at clean and press as a strength workout but i challenge you to do 10 or 15 hard reps with a lot of weight.
I guarantee you your heart will be at 80 or 90%.
after this you will fell like you just run the 100 meter dash at the state track meet.
FYI sprinting is much better than jogging if your trying shake off those extra pounds.
