Best Way to Build Muscle - Here Are 2 of the Best Exercises For Adding Serious Mass to Your Frame!

Wondering what the best way to build muscle is?  We all want to know the shortest way to get from point A to point B, no one wants to be stuck spinning their wheels.
  However, when it comes to the best way to build muscle, there really is just one answer to this question, hard work.
  That's right, there are no shortcuts, unless you're juicing, you've got to put in the hours in the gym and you've got to be stringent with your diet.
However, what I'm going to do is give you a few pointers which will help you to build muscle faster or help you to bust through plateaus, so keep these tips in mind: 1.
  Do Squats
If you want to build a ton of muscle fast, make sure you incorporate squats into your workout routine.
  Nothing burns you out faster than doing a bunch of heavy squats, they are killer, they work out your entire body and provide a burn like nothing else.
If you were to squat 2 times a week in addition to your regular routine, you would see some tremendous growth all over your body.
  One of the reasons for this is squatting tends to release a bunch of human growth hormone.

  Do Deadlifts
Another exercise which will really pack on the pounds are deadlifts.
  Again, this is something that is really painful and works out your whole body.
  It is so powerful and even more powerful when coupled with squats.
  You can have an amazing body with only these 2 exercises.
Now of course the real best way to build muscle involves hitting up the gym 4-5 times a week and managing a healthy diet as we said before, but incorporate these 2 exercises into your routine and you'll see some amazing results.
