Make German Christmas crafts with your kindergarteners including gingerbread houses, which stem from the classic German fairy tale Hansel and Gretel, and can include chocolate candies, candy cane fences, gum drop chimneys and other candy embellishments. Advent calenders, or scene calenders that lead up to Christmas day, are a German Christmas tradition kids will enjoy creating. German paper star ornaments, which are constructed by folding assorted strips of paper, are another option.

Children can learn about Christmas in Ireland through various Irish holiday recipes, though they will require adult supervision and assistance. Shortbread biscuits are a simple recipe kindergarteners will enjoy sampling, or help them make Irish soda bread, which can include dried fruit. Other Irish holiday recipe options include trifles, or spongy cakes made with jam and fruit, and Irish plum cake, which includes finely ground almonds, syrup, raisins and grated orange and lemon rinds.

Celebrate Christmas in Mexico by creating assorted paper poinsettia crafts. Poinsettia templates are available through craft sites or you can draw your own tracing. Poinsettia fan crafts are another option featuring paper poinsettia images glued onto Popsicle sticks or twig pieces. Cone cup pinatas can be made in homage to Posadas, which is observed by Spanish and Mexican communities from December 16 to the 24 in celebration of Mary and Joseph's journey to Bethlehem. Paper cones pinatas are paper cones decorated in bright colored paints and paper and filled with candies and small toys.

Print out Hanukkah coloring pages from assorted teacher resource sites as activities for your kindergarteners. Coloring pages can include images of the Jewish menorah, numerous dreidel images and images of a Jewish mother serving hot food surrounded by images of the menorah and Star of David. Hanukkah family meal images, lighting the menorah and flag of Israel coloring pages are also available while "Happy Hanukkah" coloring pages are another option.
