Having saggy breasts is a problem faced by many women these days.
These women feel very bad about the way their chest looks, and also suffer from an inferiority complex because of this problem.
However, there are certain ways in which this problem can be dealt with, but for that, the causes need to be known first.
There are many things that can lead to a woman having droopy or saggy breasts.
Weight loss is one of the main reasons why most teenage girls have saggy breasts.
While exercising, a lot of women do not wear the right kind of sports bra, or don't wear sports bra at all, because of which the breasts start to sag.
This happens even more in cardio exercises such as running on the treadmill etc.
Hence, getting for you the correct bra is step 1.
Even when you are not exercising, it is important to ensure that your lingerie fits you well, and is not loose.
Get yourself bras that have double support on the straps, if need be.
That helps to lift the breasts, and makes them look fuller and firmer.
Usually, women who have recently finished breastfeeding their children also complain of the same problem.
For them, the solution lies in making the shift back from maternity bras to the normal bras.
However, this time around, they may need double support bras to make their breasts look firmer.
Exercising is also a good way of toning and firming one's saggy breasts.
Chest exercises done with the help of weight training and other forms of exercising such as swimming are very good for this purpose.
Apart from toning, the muscles also get strengthened, and the blood circulation too improves.
There are breast lifting or breast firming surgeries and treatments available in the market.
However, not all of these are risk free and safe.
It is not a very good idea to go in for these, as the side effects can stay for a lifetime, and can sometimes even be life threatening.
Another option is to go in for the various kinds of creams or serum which are available in the market these days for firming.
But again, the reliability of the manufacturer needs to be checked to avoid risks.
In case you want to use any such product, it is always a good idea to consult an expert or specialist in order to get the right opinion.
At home, you can regularly massage your breasts with oil to help them firm up.
This will also help in better circulation of blood, and will strengthen the muscles apart from toning them.
While bathing, ensure that hot water never falls directly over your breasts, as that too can cause them to sag.
The water flow should always be indirect or from the back.
Preferably, bathe with lukewarm or cold water instead of hot water.
Last but not the least, eat healthy foods and have balanced meals to keep you healthy and fit.
That will ensure that no nutritional deficiencies cause such problems.
