Next thing we're going to do is a pile transverse push up. As you can see his full body is turning in towards the circle of the push up, this is plyometrics. Right after that he'll be going into a further step into the circle, which it focuses on speed an agility principles once more, in and out, in and out. Now of course after the in and outs we can add a little bit of that extra icing on the cake and go to plyo push ups up the ladder. Now, you see me I'm here popping up and bringing myself down, pop, pop, pop, pop, keeping myself core tight, the chest is upright. As you know my triceps are on fire, because the last couple of exercises that I was doing, but that's okay.
